By connecting to the internet service provided by RFTS you agree to the following terms. Please read them before using the service.

1. Service

RFTS provides internet access through a captive portal system. Access is granted upon purchase of a valid package or login with authorised credentials. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. RFTS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use this service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Accessing, distributing, or transmitting illegal content
• Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with network infrastructure
• Using the service in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Reselling or redistributing access without authorisation

RFTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms without notice or refund.

3. Data Collection and Processing

When you use this service, the following information is collected and processed:

• Authentication data — your username or voucher code, device MAC address, and IP address, used to grant and manage your session
• Usage data — session duration, data consumed, and connection timestamps, used for billing and fair-use management
• Payment data — if you purchase a package, transaction details are processed through the payment provider you select

This service is operated by RFTS and runs on the DavinaRadius internet service management platform. Your authentication and usage data is processed by DavinaRadius on behalf of RFTS to deliver, secure, and bill the service. DavinaRadius does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil billing obligations and comply with applicable law in Kenya.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final. Packages activate immediately upon payment confirmation. RFTS will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where a technical fault on our side prevented service delivery. Contact support with your transaction reference to raise a dispute.

5. Limitation of Liability

RFTS and DavinaRadius are not liable for any loss, damage, or interruption arising from use of or inability to use this service, including loss of data transmitted over the network.

6. Changes to These Terms

RFTS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
