1. About RFTs

RFTs is an online marketplace that connects travelers with independent African tour agencies. We provide a platform for agencies to list their tours and for travelers to discover, compare, and contact those agencies directly.

RFTs is a listing and discovery platform — we are not a tour operator, travel agent, or party to any agreement between you and an agency. We do not organise, operate, or take responsibility for any tour listed on this platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RFTs. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account. If you have an existing account with a given email address, both login methods will connect to the same account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

4. Bookings and Payments

Currently, RFTs facilitates contact between travelers and agencies. All bookings are made directly between you and the agency — RFTs is not involved in the transaction, does not process payments on your behalf, and is not responsible for any payment disputes.

Future versions of the platform may include direct booking and payment processing. Any such functionality will be governed by updated terms at that time.

5. Agency Profiles and Listings

Some agency profiles on RFTs are pre-created by our team to help travelers discover agencies that have not yet joined the platform. Agencies may claim ownership of their profile through a document verification process. Until a profile is claimed, the information shown is sourced and managed by RFTs on a best-effort basis.

Once an agency claims and manages their profile, they are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, and any other information they publish.

6. Agency Subscriptions

Access to the RFTs platform is currently free for agencies. RFTs does not charge commission on bookings — agencies keep 100% of their revenue from transactions made outside this platform. Future subscription plans may be introduced; agencies will be notified in advance of any changes.

7. Reviews and User Content

You may submit reviews and other content on RFTs. By doing so, you grant RFTs a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate that content. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not violate the rights of others.

RFTs reserves the right to remove any content that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

RFTs is not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of tours listed on the platform, nor for the conduct of any agency or traveler. Any disputes arising from a booking or tour experience are between you and the agency directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFTs' liability for any claim arising from your use of this platform is limited to the amount you have paid to RFTs, if any.

9. Termination

RFTs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuses the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RFTs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
